The much talked about "Flux" has finally released their long awaited debut album. With the help of Pär Ola Landin and Jon Fält, Mattias Windemo, heard here playing 'normal' electric guitar, is able to open his wings. Whereas Windemo has been a part of the Swedish jazz scene for years, Landin and Fält are newer, but already very respected names. Landin has a rich, fat sound on the contrabass and Fält plays the drums in a non-traditional, exciting way and it's nearly as fun to watch him play as it is to hear him play. Together the trio makes a powerful and lasting impression on its listener. Buy the record here
