Prices
All prices excluding freight and including VAT.
Outside the EU
For customers outside the EU, VAT will be discounted at the checkout when you fill in your destination country.
Payment
Goods are payed by Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/Eurocard/AmEx/Diners) in cooperation with Mypay Payment Gateway. Mypay has together with a major Swedish Bank developed a fast, secure and effective system handling Credit Card transactions. Your Credit Card details are immediately sent to your bank for verification by 128 bit SSL technology. The order will be billed in the name of Windemo webshop.
Delivery
Delivery time is up to two weeks, but usually takes up to one week depending on country of delivery. Windemo webshop and the Swedish Post Office guarantees delivery to destination country.
You have 5 days right of compensation for faulty or damaged goods, and 30 days right of return for unwanted goods and for goods that you wish to exchange.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately by email info@windemo.se so that we may help you to arrange a return, replacement or refund. Full refunds (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Shipment inside Sweden: 25,00 SEK
Shipment inside EU: 40,00 SEK (4,22 EUR)
Shipment outside EU: 40,00 SEK(4,22 EUR)
